From highway 95 in Sandpoint (downtown) go north one mile until the road splits (hwy 95 and hwy 200) turn Right onto the overpass (north) and go 2 miles (on 95) to the next light, left at Schweitzer Mountain cut off, go east for 1/2 mile, right turn on North Boyer ave. for 1 mile, left turn on Schweitzer Mountain rd. for 9 miles to the resort village. Horse stables are past the last chairlift.

Sugar Mountain operation:

From highway 95 in Sandpoint (downtown) go north one mile until the road splits (hwy 95 and hwy 200) go straight (no turns) onto hwy 200 for 6.5 miles and turn left on Colburn-Culver rd (grouse creek national forest entrance) and go 2.8 miles and turn Right on Rapid Lightning rd, go 5.1 miles, pavement turns to dirt and turn slight right on Sugar Mountain rd, go .4 miles and stay to the left. Ranch on your Left.
